Friends of the R.H. Johnson Library
Since 1979 the Friends of the R.H. Johnson Library has supported our Library by purchasing all library materials and subscriptions. This not only includes all books and DVDs, but also the magazines, newspapers, databases, and financial reports. Friends’ funding sources include donations, bequeaths, book sales, Thursday Night Movies, and Fry’s Community Rewards Program. The Friends of the R.H. Johnson Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so all donations may be tax-deductible. You can also become a Friends member for $5/calendar year.

Your donations and support make it possible for the Library to offer programs, services, and purchase items that otherwise would not be possible. The Library is grateful for your donations of money, materials, and memorial gifts.
The Friends of the R. H. Johnson Library is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Your donation may be tax deductible depending on your filing status.

Monetary donations are always appreciated and go towards purchasing materials and equipment for the library.

Legacy Gifts
You can also create a lasting legacy by naming the library in your will or trusts so that library services and programs you enjoy will continue to be available to others.

Donate Materials
The Library appreciates your donations of materials. All items not needed in the Library collection will be sold by the Friends of the R. H. Johnson Library with all proceeds going to purchase materials for the R. H. Johnson Library.
We accept new or gently used Books, Books on CD, CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, and Puzzles.
You may use the R. H. Johnson Library drive-through to drop off your items. Please knock or use the doorbell to the right of the door. Someone will come out and unload your items and give you a tax donation form.
You may drop off your donations, Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Fry's Foods Community Rewards
The Friends of the R. H. Johnson Library is registered with Fry's Foods Community Rewards, which gives back a percentage of your purchase to the Friends. It costs you nothing to designate the Friends as your recipient of their Community Rewards.
To register the Friends, go online to Fry's Foods Community Rewards.

The Library's Information Center can help you register. If you have a Fry's card, bring it with you.
Volunteer at the Library
The work performed at the library is accomplished by over 150 of your neighbors who volunteer in the library. Our amazing volunteers save the library over 22,000– man hours every year. If you would like to volunteer at the library print the application, fill it out, and give it to the checkout desk at the library. Or, you can pick up an application at the checkout desk in the library.
